Payment is required upfront for orders below $20.00 USD. Orders above $20.00 USD can be paid either in full upfront or split into two payments. You will not receive your finalized commission until payment is complete. Any other payment methods or agreements must be discussed before work on product commences. Payment is taken in USD unless discussed and agreed upon prior to payment. Payment can be sent over paypal, ko-fi or e-transfer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to bear any conversion fees, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees, and any other costs involved in transferring fees to the seller. Payment is only considered completed when the total amount received by the seller is equal to the amount on the invoice in the agreed-upon currency.
Customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase. Revisions after this stage will be discussed and charged according to the time it takes to complete said revisions. Customer has the right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (i.e eye color change). Minor changes may be done free of charge until the time spent on alterations exceeds 10% of the total time spent creating the product. Major changes and any changes made after the 10% time mark will be discussed and agreed upon before being made and charged accordingly. Revisions and alterations are not applicable in the case of pre-made design sales.
Product will be delivered digitally unless otherwise specified. Delivery will be done via the email address provided by customer. Any other means of delivery (mail, postcard, direct message, etc.) must be mutually agreed upon. In the case of physical delivery, customer agrees to cover costs and additional fees related to postal fees, printing fees, material costs, digital service subscription and etc. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to propose a delivery method that works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside of the responsibility of the seller. Seller is not responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer may ask for a refund on orders with no progress within two consecutive weeks, or when work has not been completed within two consecutive months. Refund parameters for products that require more work must be agreed upon separately before work commences. Seller can cancel and refund an order at any time under conditions of full refund without providing reasons to customer. In the case of cancellation and refunding, customer will receive notice. No product exchange of any kind will occur in the event of cancellation from either party.
Products are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees. If there are intentions of using the product commercially, new terms and agreements must be discussed and met between seller and customer before commercial use can proceed. This will require a separate agreement between seller and customer where the exact conditions and financial implications are discussed in reference to use of the product. In the event of design purchase, non-commercial resale of the design is allowed without seller approval. The new owner of the design must abide by this TOS, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform the new owner of this. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space. Customer does not have the right to use product in an actively hateful or criminal manner (i.e discriminatory or pro-ship-related context/media).
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner for reasons including but not limited to confirmation, validation of progress, clarification, comments, and etc. Lack of timely response will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of product. Any disrespectful behavior or violations of the boundaries listed below will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of an order. Customer may receive a partial or full refund depending on the amount of work completed. Seller will have the right to refuse any service to the customer at any point moving forward.
